This is a traveling sculpture built to celebrate Canada’s 150th birthday featuring 16 paddles painted by Canadian artists. Our challenge was to design and build a structure that elevated the canoe, displayed the paddles and which required no tools to assemble.  An additional challenge was wrapping the step and repeat vinyl pattern on a compound curve.
